List everyone who owns a share of the song. Each person signs their own copy online — no accounts, no scanning, no chasing. The final signed PDF is emailed to everyone automatically.
Start with YOUR details (the person completing this form), then add everyone else. Your email is where your copy of the signed sheet is sent.
Each person on the list (including you, if you list yourself) gets their own signing link by email. Nobody can sign for anybody else. Shares must add up to 100%.
